V-TAC Innovative LED is looking for Showroom Managers for our UK and Germany Showrooms.
V-TAC Exports has been developing and distributing LED products since 2009 and has grown into a global company distributing in 70 countries.
Our Lighting heritage is founded on a pioneering spirit and a culture of curiosity that has challenged conventional lighting design and technology.
Our brand vision is to be the number one led lighting brand in the world. Not only does this mean we develop and manufacture the best appliances, but that we also understand what our customers need from our products. The building and renovation market is buoyant, making it a key customer segment.
We want you to really understand our Product, Vision & Mission and build great relationships with them to ensure we're at the forefront when they come to selecting our products as their solutions.
We'll look to you for insights to develop marketing and sales plans for your area on how to grow V-TAC's brand and we'll expect you to be connected and networked with the right people who can make decisions.

To be successful in this role, you'll be able to identify and demonstrate your experience and knowledge of the consumer sales market. You'll be able to validate your ability in management of the showroom.
We're not hung up on what kind of background you have - you don't have to be in the LED Lighting Business. We do care that you've got the sales & management track record, enthusiasm, drive and a genuine thirst for success. We would expect someone of your caliber to be degree qualified in a business or marketing discipline.
You're a Showroom manager, a facilitator, a coach and above all else an excellent communicator.
